A small team that ships
LysisFlow Technologies is a team of 3 based in India. We design and build websites, web apps and mobile apps for businesses in India and abroad, and do the search work that gets them found.
Most of our clients have been through at least one website project that went wrong: a developer who disappeared with the hosting login, a site that looked fine on a laptop and broke on a phone, or a quote that doubled halfway through. We set up LysisFlow to be the opposite of that.
We are deliberately small. The people on your first call are the people designing and coding your project, there is no separate delivery team, and we take on only as many projects as we can do properly. If our involvement ended tomorrow, your team should be able to carry on without us.

How we work with clients
The real number, on the first call
If it is a three-month job, we say three months on the first call. A low quote that grows halfway through costs you more than an honest one.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, code, analytics and ad accounts are registered to you. If we stopped working together tomorrow, you would lose nothing.
Tested on the phones people use
Most of your visitors are on a mid-range Android phone on mobile data, not a new laptop on office Wi-Fi. That is what we test on.
Written down
Scope, decisions and handover notes are written down, so nothing depends on anyone’s memory, including ours.
Our process
How we work

Discovery and scope
A 30-minute call about what the project has to achieve, who it’s for, and what already exists. Then a written scope listing every page, feature and user story, with a fixed price and timeline.

Backlog and sprint plan
The scope becomes a prioritised backlog, split into short sprints. The features that matter most come first, so something real works early instead of everything arriving at the end.

Build in sprints
Each sprint ends with a demo on a staging link you test on your own phone. Your feedback goes into the next sprint. Changes outside the scope are quoted as a change request before we do them.

Release and support
You sign off in user acceptance testing, we deploy to production, and hand over the code, documentation and every login in your name. Then we stay on for fixes and the next iteration.
Agile, in plain words
The terms you’ll hear from us
We run every website and app project in an Agile way: short sprints, working software early, and your feedback built in as we go, all inside a fixed, written scope. This is what the words mean.
- Agile
- We build in short cycles and show you working software at the end of each, instead of disappearing for months and unveiling it at the end.
- Sprint
- One short cycle of work with a clear goal. Each ends with a sprint review: a demo of what was built.
- Product backlog
- Every feature from the scope, written as user stories and ranked by importance. It decides what gets built first.
- User story
- A feature described from the user’s side: “As a customer, I want to pay by UPI so I can order in one step.” It keeps the work tied to real needs.
- MVP
- Minimum viable product: the smallest version that does the core job well, launched first so real users can shape what comes next.
- Staging environment
- A private copy of your site or app, updated as we build, where you test everything before it goes live.
- QA and UAT
- Quality assurance is our own testing on real devices and browsers. User acceptance testing is yours: you confirm it works the way your business needs before launch.
- Change request
- Anything new after the scope is agreed is written up and quoted before we start it, so the price never changes without your say.
